  Optus what is the deal not being able to call any of your stores?!? Even though the number changes from store to store we get a choice of menu basically telling us to not bother any of the staff and do your own research on the web!

  Terrible rip of merchants. brought a brand new zte blitz was faulty when i got it home took it back and they refused to replace it or repair it. absolutely disgusting. and rude customer service HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND

  After a terrible experience at Airport West, I attempted to get my contract upgraded again in a different store. Unfortunately, I was again set upon by an airhead representative who continually tried selling me a contract with an iPad after being told numerous times that I wasn't interested. I waited a while for him to disappear so that I could deal with another representative, however I was set upon by another douche. Terrible experiences.

  Tried to call craigeburn store and the epping store and kept get a recorded message saying go and look at a web address. Wanted to know if x smart phone was in store and if I could get my phone number moved to a new optus account even went onto a chat session but still with no result.
