  Third class customer service placed the order at 6 pm and after one hour at 7 pm driver call to confirm the address ,never ever waste ur money on such a pathetic service

  Ordered two pizzas. Both had missing toppings. If you want a good Dominos, go to Broadmeadows or Glenroy. Don't waste your time here.

  They never give what you order. Have to beg for sauce with fries which is free.. always miss something in order. This time they forgot coke. And when they came back it was warm and when asked? Ans was it was in fridge. My foot. Zero star.

  I have ordered from this store via the app numerous times. The last four experiences have been very poor. They have got my order wrong 4 times in a row and when I called to make a valid complaint I was treated with disrespect and downright rudeness. The man on the phone constantly spoke over the top of me, did not pay attention to my call by speaking to others around him while I was trying to explain my issue, and then replied with, "sorry I didn't get that, could you explain again". Very poor customer service skills and a lack of respect in my mind. I realise that they may have been busy, but that is not an excuse to treat customers that way. It's a real shame because I normally enjoy their products, however treating customers badly has left a sour taste in my mouth.
