  Very rude and unfriendly staff member abruptly refused my request for a fresh small arrangement of roses as she had "customer orders to do". The reason I asked for a fresh arrangement is because all of the flowers in the one I liked on display were dead! I was a customer too so her reasoning didn't make sense to me. I would have waited or come back a little later to give her time to make a new one, but instead I will never go back to the shop again. I'm actually glad that I didn't buy anything from there because I then went straight to a florist in Craigieburn Central and was able to select some beautiful fresh roses that were happily arranged in a beautiful arrangement by a lovely girl there - and they were more reasonably priced!!

  The lady at this shop is so desperate to sell and fooling people. I purchased something and found it was broken at same time but i found it after making the payment , i was still at the shop . I told her that i don't want to buy as it's broken , can you believe what she said to me. She said you can sell on Ebay Now!. But refused to accept return. Maybe you don't find many customers to make money from so this is how you rip ff people like me. I will go anywhere but will never come back to your shop. Beware of this shop...people

  Nice flowers at a fair price, we just showed up to pick up some flowers for a family friend and they had decent choice available.

  After a web search I decided to order flowers from Craigiburn Florist for delivery in Craigiburn where my wife happened to be working this week. It was for our 15 wedding anniversary. My wife phoned me and was over the moon with her flowers. She described them as beautiful and generous. Thank you Craigiburn Florist for making such a good impression. It definitely makes me look good.
