  I love this salon. Its definantly my go to. Although i am picky with who does my brow waxing as sometimes ive had certain ladies who i feel dont do such a great job. I love getting my nails done regularly but again i feel some of the ladies could work on their customer service and not rush through as it makes me feel im not really getting the service i paid for. Overall if you get the right beauticians they can really do an amazing job.

  Three visits in total and I was super pleased as I wasn't expecting such high quality and attention to detail from a common "shopping center nail salon". They lasted weeks without lifting or chips to the shellac. Also had piercing done here twice and this Lady is the best piercer I've ever found! No complaints. And to those whining about the staff speaking to each other?!.... Who cares!! Sit back and relax, they always have great movies playing, so watch it, enjoy it and just zone out! Isn't that what pampering is about ladies!

  I bought voucher for my partner then I lost it. I just found it in my car under the seat but your staffs saying I can't use it because expired. And when I get my voucher they didn't told me it's only 6 months I already paid and can't use it. This is not a customer service. Just disgusting the way you guys treat your clients and take money from them not service

  Worst beauty salon I have ever been too! The lady who did my waxing was terrible...she had no method and did it sporatically and kept saying she was done when there were many spots of hair she had missed!! I could hardly understand her and she couldn't understand me. Salon was dirty and cluttered. VERY UNHAPPY AND I AM NEVER GOING BACK!
