  the staff at Flight Centre Craigieburn are delightful and very helpful, i booked a cruise through them to the pacific islands and it was a breeze! answered any questions i had and even got me extra on board credit! i booked with Amy and she was lovely! as were the rest of the people in store :) 10/10

  We have booked numerous holidays here, The staff are always pleasant, they are never too busy to cater our holiday's exactly to the expense that we want them to be. No request is too hard to fulfill. In my experience they always advise us when NOT to stay somewhere that is substandard. We always take their advice on board. That's probably why we've NEVER been disappointed. We're not the only clients who sign off on every aspect of our holiday before it's booked at Flight centre. In my experience...You get what you pay for.

  After using multiple travel agents I have never come across such a pleansent experience, my travel agent Dylan went above and beyond to make myself and my young family have a trip of a lifetime, very understanding about families traveling from suitable accommodation right down to transfers, answered every question and concern I had about traveling overseas with a young family.... I would highly recommend this store to anyone wishing to travel, absolutely outstanding customer service

  Just returned from a trip to Cambodia that we booked through Flight Centre , Craigieburn, Victoria. Never again will we use them to book a trip because of the poor service which we received from Dylan who ruined the first half of our trip by booking us into a twin room in a dilapidated sub-standard run down hotel in Siem Reip that even the Hotel Management admitted was in desperate need of renovation! When we contacted Dylan from Siem Riep to advise him of the stuff up and requested him to ensure that the next hotel booking in Phnom Penh was proper he curtly told us that the booking was made based on the ratings by Trip Adviser and if we weren't happy that he would cancel the booking, with no guarantee of a refund, book it ourselves or pay an additional $660 to be moved to a better hotel! This was his response even though we were due to arrive in Phnom Penh the following day. So in effect we were told to suck it up,deal with it ourselves or pay the extra!!! Really??? Is this the level of service that Flight Centre prides itself on? It's evident that once they take your money, you're on your own mate!!

  Probably the worst flight centre I've come across. Staff are rude especially Stefany, very dull not even a smile upon greeting. Keeps you waiting while she does other things on the computer. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever.
