  Store Manager/supervisor was very rude. We were at another Safeway earlier during the day, they had run out of a product we were chasing so they called up another Safeway and asked to put two aside for us. The girl told us that the Safeway she spoke to was the 'newest Craigieburn' Safeway. Once we arrived, we headed to the front desk to ask for the product. The girl at the front desk didn't know about any products put aside so she called out to her Manager/Supervisor who came over and in a very rude and sharp tone said "nothing was put on hold, if something was I'd know about it and I have nothing here". We explained that the lady at the other Safeway told us to head to the 'newest safeway in craigieburn' because that's where she had called. The Manger/Supervisor suggested that the girl made a mistake and possible meant oldest Safeway - which is fine, people make mistakes. My mother than began to ask her a question - she was trying to ask how much inventory the old Safeway was showing and how much inventory they where showing so that we could work out whether it would be worth it to even head there incase they don't have it, however, before my mother could even get in five words the lady stopped my mum, looked at me and in a rude tone said "can you please transalte what I am saying to your mother because I don't think she understands". At that point I froze in surprise and didn't know what to say for a few seconds until I finally replied letting her know that my mother speaks perfect English and can understand everything she's saying so she can look at my mother and address her directly when speaking to her. I'm pretty sure at this point she realised that what she said was wrong and inappropriate as the colour of her face completely changed, unfortunately however, she didn't appologise. I have never experienced such appalling customer service.

  Seen two ladies fighting inside the shop apparently happens alot

  It's seen better days as a shopping center and needs a revamp.

  Neat n clean Grocery option. Staff is very good as well
