  Come auction day although we were anxious, Vic’s genuine assurances were comforting and helped us to know we were going to be alright. Within 15 minutes of the auction commencing it was all over ...after 67 inspection and 7 bidders competing for the property we sold for a result that we never would have dreamt of.
