  The Postal workers at Craigieburn Central are doing a great job, unfortunately they deal with a lot of ill prepared customers.

  Our passport application for newborn was not taken because they dont accept applications after 12noon on Saturday ( nowhere stated ), the lady didn’t even have courtesy that we were in queue from 11:45 and it was only 2 mins past, its good to follow rules but dont make it an excuse to be lazy, people come Saturday to post for a reason not to celebrate weekend, it was my worst experience and I hope post outlet hire staff who can use their brains!!!

  Please stay open until 6:00pm as per your indicated closing times on weekdays!...... It was already closed at least 5 mins before 6pm and all I needed to do is drop off an express post envelope. It wouldn't have been an issue if there was a yellow box outside the shop, which of course there isn't.

  The real problem are some of the customers who come in wanting a chat along with those with poor English who are trying to transfer money and post goods to God knows where.
