  I felt like such a bad mother going back and forth to that other clinic until Modern Medical was recommended by a family member because of Dr Tahan and her being a Paediatrician.

  When we were seen by her I had explained the situation. She laid baby on the bed checked all her obs, checked baby's nappy and then told me to go straight to the Hospital to Emergency. She knew my baby wasn't just crying for no reason but because she had an infection in her right kidney that luckily was found and treated in time at the hospital. Thanks To Dr Tahan. Otherwise we would have been brushed of with a Virus diagnosis at the other clinic and causing us more heartache. I absolutely love it here. I just cant believe the reviews on Dr Mohammed Ayubi and Dr Tahan. Dr Ayubi is a wonderful doctor. I have never felt rushed with his service. I like how he checks all your Obs very thoroughly. Besides, its so much cleaner at this clinic than the other clinics.

  I've been in the medical profession myself, the doctor Muhamed had no empathy to my current situation. I was in the treatment room for less than 5 minutes before I was ushered out and the next patient called in. Fast turnaround seemed like the major driver. On the other hand the receptionist was lovely.

  Pathetic Experience specially with Dr. Muzna Tahhan. She is Always running behind her schedule and whenever we visit the clinic if the appointment time is 3:30pm then the Dr. will see us at 4:00pm and gives only 5 minutes of her time and says i dont have much time and gets rude. Its not the patients fault that she is running behind schedule. We came on time and then waited for like half an hour or sometimes more and then when the Dr. calls u in, she is in a hurry and always seems extremely tired and if u tell her more than one problem of urs then She will say u should have booked two appointments, I dont have much time and she is not at all polite and never ever apologises on her rude behaviour. Will not recommend this clinic and Dr. Muzna to anyone!

  Horrible experience. We had an appointment booked. We were sitting there and a patient walked in after us. Doctor announced our name first and then saw that patient sitting there. He changed his mind immediately and told us to wait. I can't believe this is happening in Australia. They have no respect for their appointment system.

  they are hopeless guys if u want choose any other medical centre and one more thing if u still want to go there don't get the appointment with dr Jenika the short man

  Before I knew about this medical centre we had been attending another clinic in Craigieburn. My daughters first 3 months of her life she just kept crying. I was a Zombie Mum. I'd take her to that other clinic and we were always brushed off with Doctors Diagnosis of a Virus or she was teething or she had wind or up her milk.
