  Horrible customer service! I just moved to the area so have been visiting Bunnings a lot to fix up my house. Bought a lot of wood, and occasionally pick up off cuts of wood that’s thrown on the side for free. Been doing that the last 6 months. Now today, the lady tells me I have to pay $1 for it! And she was SO rude about it. She said that I’m just lucky to have gotten off cuts of wood for free. Couldn’t believe how rude she was and her sarcasm was unbelievable. Really need to improve their customer service and treat customers who buy from them with a little respect.

  Bunnings Craigieburn is very accessible, has ample parking. It's easy to find all stock available in stores. Staff is very helpful. I once had to return a faulty item without receipt, they were easy to deal with and issued me a store credit. I'm sure that's applicable across Bunnings Australia. I always have good experience at Bunnings Craigieburn. Recommended!

  In terms of range it seems pretty on par with others visited. What I was impressed with was the lengths to which a staff member went in trying to help locate an item that was showing as stock on hand in the system but was not on the shelf. In a store that size it is like trying to find a needle in a haystack but to her credit she didn't give up and asked three equally helpful colleagues if they were aware of the product. Unfortunately the item was not located but not for want of trying. The effort was appreciated.

  Great service and the young lady in the paint department was very courteous and went out of her way to help my wife and i in choosing our paint and colors, well done and thank you.
