  I was a regular here when the owner Sophia was around and was very pleased with the service. BUT, the new management with Linda is shocking. I received the worse manicure. Had my cubicles cleaned elsewhere afterwards. Do not go here when they’re busy, because no doubt you will get a rushed job for what you pay for. The stuff get angry when you ask for something specific done to your nails. The pedicure area is disgusting, surrounded by dead skin all over the place. The nail station is also very dirty, including the equipment. Very disapponted with how much the standard in the store has changed from where it was at.

  But cleanliness is something they need to work on. All equipment was quite dirty, and they don't clean between customers. I was told to sit down as soon as one customer stood up.

  I went here to get acrylic nails with shellac, although it looks more like blobs of acrylic on my nails, they are really thick and different shapes. Terrible.

  Love to get my nails done here, the girls are very friendly and always do a fantastic job, and I can get in anytime no need a booking, high recommend

  DONT GO HERE on a Sunday !!!! First time I had my nails done here was on a Monday with Linda & she was fabulous so of course I would return for refills as I was happy from my first experience but I couldn't make it on a Monday so I went on a Sunday instead OMG worst mistake, I've never seen such rude staff in my life I had three different people do my nails they were rushing but when I'm paying $75 for my nails I don't expect to be rushed. The atmosphere in there was horrible no music nothing was dead silent while the nail lady's were talking amongst themselves, to be honest the staff didn't look like they even wanted to be there. What annoyed me even more they let me walk out with all acrylic down my fingers !!!
