  I took Shainesh Rental car in Mar18 in Melbourne, Everything was as discussed, no surprises, Good car and Very accommodating. I was getting late and he informed me no extra charges . Finally when i asked him to drop me till near train station . He dropped me . I will definitely recommend this car ageny. 5 stars to them

  We stayed 4 days in Melbourne arriving at 6am from Perth. Auz Rental Cars picked us up from outside the terminal in a mini van and took us to their Car yard only minutes away. We hired a Kia Cerato which easily handled 4 adults with luggage. The service was excellent - cannot complain about anything. Will certainly use them again!

  The good: Value for money. The bad: 1) Awkward location off airport 2) GPS device did not work (no apology, no offer of compensation), 3) was charged vehicle cleaning fee because, on return, the car was dusty from, apparently, driving on dirt roads and because there were bugs stuck on front bumper. Really? Dirt roads and bugs in Australia! Who would have thought!
